The Feb. 28 release of Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) results shows average fixed mortgage rates moving lower after being largely unchanged over the past month.
The release on Feb. 21 of Freddie Mac’s latest Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) results showed the 30-year fixed rate edging up to 3.56 percent, while the 15-year fixed remained unchanged at 2.77 percent.
Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey(R) (PMMS®) results released on Feb. 14 show average fixed mortgage rates unchanged from the previous week and remaining near their record lows. The 30-year rate has remained the same for three consecutive weeks.
