Mortgage Rates Rise For Third Consecutive Week

Freddie Mac has released the May 14 results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®), showing average fixed mortgage rates following 10-year Treasury yields higher and rising for the third consecutive week. At 3.85 percent, the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is just below the high for 2015.
